Delete your account
You can delete your My Lifestyle account (by Schweizerpunkt GmbH) and all data stored for it at any time.
In the app (immediate)
Open the app, tap your profile icon at the top right, then “Delete account” and confirm. Your account is deleted from our server straight away.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you by email.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email address, password hash, Google or Apple sign-in link), your health profile, blood values, uploaded report files and their analysis, your “helpful” markers and your poll answers. Daily plans, reminders and the journal only live on your device and are removed from it when you delete the account in the app, or when you uninstall the app.
What is kept
Nothing that relates to you. Server logs with IP addresses are deleted after at most 30 days, backup copies are overwritten after at most 14 days.
