Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

Open the app, tap your profile icon at the top right, then “Delete account” and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple once more. Your account and all its data are deleted from our server straight away.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We delete the account promptly, at the latest within 30 days, and confirm it to you by email.

• Your account: name, email address, password hash and the link to Apple or Google sign-in (for Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the link when you delete in the app)
• Your consents and all sessions on all devices
• Your health profile: date of birth, fitness profile, preferences and medications
• All lab values and all uploaded lab report files, including the automatically read and the confirmed values
• Your own plans (“My plans”) and the list of plans you deleted earlier
• Your synced day plans, routines, areas and journal: items, completion, daily notes, evening check-ins and journal entries
• Your “helpful” markers on tips and your poll answers

When you delete your account in the app, the app also removes everything it stores for your account on this device: day plans, routines, the journal, scheduled reminders, the offline copy of your plans, the quarterly plan with documents attached to it and your personal Gemini key, if you stored one.

What stays until you remove the app: the app’s data on your other devices (it stays there until you uninstall the app on each of them), and, if you request deletion by email instead of in the app, the data on your devices. Copies in your own device backups (Google or iCloud) are managed in your Google or Apple account.

Nothing that relates to you. Server logs with IP addresses are deleted after at most 30 days, server backup copies roll off after at most 14 days.
